Seller questions
Clear answers before you enquire.
Sending property details does not create an offer or commit you to selling.
Do you buy properties needing work?
Yes. Dated interiors, repairs and unfinished projects are central to the type of property we consider.
How quickly can you complete?
Timescales depend on the property, title, funding, surveys and legal work. Tell us your preferred timing and we will discuss what may be realistic; no date is guaranteed until formally agreed.
Do I have to accept an offer?
No. An enquiry and any initial discussion are entirely without obligation.
Will I pay estate-agent fees?
If you sell directly to us without appointing an estate agent, there would normally be no estate-agent fee payable for our direct purchase. Check any agreement you have already signed with an agent.
Will you cover my legal costs?
We may agree a contribution towards standard conveyancing costs in some purchases. This must be agreed in writing and you should use an independent solicitor acting in your interests.
Do you buy tenanted properties?
Yes, subject to tenancy, rent, condition and compliance information. Existing tenants’ legal rights must be respected.
Do you buy flats and blocks?
We consider individual flats, converted buildings and smaller residential blocks throughout our area.
Will you offer full market value?
A direct offer may be below the price that might be achieved through a longer open-market sale. It reflects the property, condition, works, risk, speed and certainty being requested. You remain free to decline.
