Rhyl · North Wales · Drone roof photography
See your roof, gutters and chimney without climbing a ladder. A qualified pilot captures detailed still imagery and 360-degree drone footage to help you and your roofer understand visible areas of concern.
£99
Illustrative service image; not a photograph of a completed inspection.
Your £99 package
Our £99 drone roof photography service is designed for a standard domestic property in our local North Wales service area. Tell us the address and what you would like checked: we confirm suitability, coverage and the price before booking.
We aim to capture the complete accessible roof. Trees, neighbouring buildings, roof shape, weather and flight restrictions can limit coverage. Larger buildings, blocks of flats and locations outside the local area are quoted before you commit.
A useful first look
Clear aerial imagery can help you explain a concern to a roofing contractor and plan the next step.

Photograph visible slipped, missing or damaged tiles and accessible roof sections after bad weather, once conditions are suitable for flying.

See visible leaves, debris and gutter condition from above, helping you discuss cleaning or repairs with your contractor.

Get a closer view of accessible chimney surfaces, pots and flashing that are difficult to see clearly from ground level.

Local roof photography
Contact CJ McAllister Properties for drone roof inspections in Rhyl, Prestatyn, Rhuddlan, Dyserth, Kinmel Bay, Towyn, Abergele, Bodelwyddan, St Asaph and Denbigh. We also welcome enquiries from other North Wales towns; include your postcode so we can confirm travel and availability.
Whether it is a bungalow in Prestatyn, a terraced house in Rhyl or a rental property near St Asaph, we plan the visit around the property and the areas you want to see. Access to a suitable take-off area and permission from the relevant property owner will be discussed before the visit.
We use the Antigravity A1 to capture 360-degree drone footage and still imagery. Look around the captured view in a compatible 360-degree viewer and explore visible roof details from different angles. The camera cannot see through buildings or reveal areas hidden behind obstructions. Headset-assisted flights are planned with an observer where required. Every appointment depends on suitable weather, site access and permitted flight conditions.
Before you book
No. This is an external visual inspection and photography service. It does not assess hidden roof timbers, insulation or concealed defects, and is not a structural survey, thermal survey or professional surveyor’s report.
Images may show visible areas worth investigating, but they cannot establish every cause of a leak. A roofer or appropriately qualified surveyor may need to inspect further before recommending repairs.
We will discuss an alternative appointment. Wind, rain, visibility, local restrictions and the site layout are checked before a flight goes ahead.
Yes, you can enquire about a larger property. These jobs need an individual assessment and quotation; the £99 package is for a standard local domestic property.
Your still imagery and 360-degree drone footage are supplied digitally. Use a compatible 360-degree viewer to look around the captured scene. We confirm the delivery arrangements and expected turnaround when arranging the visit.
